Meet our team of elite trainers who are focused on building elite athletes.
With 24+ years of experience in elite sports performance, Aaron Vogel has trained hundreds of athletes around the country with all skill levels—from young kids to Olympic elites.
His premier training methodology is based on brain science and whole-body athleticism. But more than a good theory, Aaron has years of proven results in the athletes he trains.
Having been trained as an athlete by Aaron Vogel since 2011, Johnny began apprenticing under Aaron Vogel in 2013 to become a trainer. His educational background includes a Bachelor of Science from the University of Northern Colorado, and he recently completed a master’s degree at CU Boulder. Johnny also has 10+ years of experience in the service industry, 2 years of working in the children’s ministry at Flatirons Community Church, and before training full time with In The Core, he taught math at Mead High School. During his years of teaching, Johnny has helped coach basketball, cross country, and track and field. Johnny’s main goal as a trainer is to teach people how to move their bodies well, so they can live life to its full potential. Johnny is excited to be part of a team of coaches who constantly works to create a gym that does not merely promote great athletes but one that refines great people. He has a competitive background in the following sports: Football, Basketball, Track and Field, Cross Country, Spartan Racing, and Crossfit.
Megan grew up in Morrison, CO, went on to earn her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at Western Washington University, and Doctor of Physical Therapy at The University of Colorado. With her background in soccer, basketball, cross country, and collegiate rowing, she naturally gravitated towards studying and treating athletes; particularly young athletes. She is passionate about providing fun, collaborative, evidence-based care to all athletes. She believes everyone can benefit from working with a physical therapist to maximize their potential and reduce injuries by optimizing their movement. Rehabilitating from an injury can be very challenging and Megan wants to be there for each athlete every step of the way.
