About
Ryan Carter
Ryan Carter trained as an elite athlete in the ITC system starting at age ten, developing his ability into a standout soccer career through high school and college. Within the ITC environment, he first caught the vision of forging elite athletes and hasn’t looked back since. Armed with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science with an emphasis in Sports Performance from Grand Canyon University, an NSCA-CSCS, and a Master’s in Strength and Human Performance currently underway at Parker University, Ryan brings a research-driven approach to everything he does. His academic foundation is built alongside thousands of hours of real-world experience, including a D1 strength and conditioning internship, undergraduate research, and two ITC internships immersing him in the ITC methodology. Now serving as Director of Performance and Operations, he translates that knowledge into tangible results for athletes at every level. As a husband, father to a newborn son, and man of faith, Ryan understands deeply what it means to pursue something greater than yourself. That same conviction, rooted in a love of God’s creation and a relentless curiosity for human performance science, drives him to help every athlete reach the upper echelons of their potential.
