Begins May 30th and runs through the second week in August (We are closed Monday July 3rd and Tuesday July 4th. We will be open July 5th and 6th and Friday the 7th.)

- Group Athleticism Sessions – Year round weekly sessions that teach proper athletic movement form, whole-brained body mechanics while strengthening and conditioning the athlete.
- Bring the whole team (Team or group organizer receives 50% off for their child)
* Once per week- Ten sessions $200.00
* Twice per week- Join a second group and train twice per week for and additional $130.00! (That’s 20 sessions and 25 hours of specialized training and instruction for $330)

- Drop in Body Strengthening/Conditioning – Designated times only. Training workouts provided and overseen by an ITC trainer. Ages 14 and older. Summer pass = $100.00.
