Meet our team of elite trainers who are focused on building elite athletes.
Aaron Vogel
With 24+ years of experience in elite sports performance, Aaron Vogel has trained hundreds of athletes around the country with all skill levels—from young kids to Olympic elites.
His premier training methodology is based on brain science and whole-body athleticism. But more than a good theory, Aaron has years of proven results in the athletes he trains.
Ryan Carter
Ryan began his journey with ITC at age 10 when I first started training him. He has never stopped being an In the Core athlete. Fueled by a competitive but teachable spirit, a strong faith and a love for his sports, Ryan dedicated himself to the process and training that helped him become a stand out athlete in his club, school and community. His unwavering dedication and the opportunities it brought ultimately helped shape a career path where he will now help others achieve the same success. To accomplish this goal, Ryan attended Grand Canyon University (GCU) and now holds a bachelors of Science degree in Exercise Science with an emphasis in Sports Performance and Nutrition. Over the last two summers Ryan sought out and seized the opportunity to intern at ITC which applied what he was learning about physiology, bio mechanics, and the role of nutrition in optimizing performance as well as an in-depth understanding about how Total Athleticism is achieved. Best of all, Ryan showed he could really coach and inspire the athletes. His ITC roots go deep and are ready to inspire and empower the athletes on their own journey. When Ryan isn’t training athletes or staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in sports science, he loves to explore the great outdoors and hone his on athletic abilities. Oh and spend time with his new fiancé!.
