What makes ITC Personal Training Different:

Individualized Programming
Your goals, training history, abilities, schedule, and feedback shape the plan from day one. Nothing is copied from another client's plan.

Whole-Person Coaching
Strength, mobility, balance, power, and conditioning are developed together with coaching that accounts for recovery, stress, and life outside the gym.

Movement Quality First
We develop control, technique, and confidence before increasing weight, speed, or complexity.

Planned and Measured Progress
Your training is progressively programmed, key performance measures are tracked, and the plan evolves as you do.

What makes it different

This Isn't a Big Box Gym. And This Isn't Generic Training.

In The Core was built to develop elite athletes from the ground up — and that same philosophy, methodology, and level of coaching is now available to adults.

Our adult personal training program is led by coaches with four-year degrees in Exercise Science and nationally recognized certifications. Every program is built from scratch around the individual — not pulled from a template or recycled from someone else’s plan.

What sets our approach apart:

Benefits

What You Actually Get Out of It

Build real, lasting strength

Progressive programming that adds weight and intensity over time — so you're always moving forward, never spinning your wheels.

Improve how you move

We address mobility, joint health, and movement quality before adding load. You'll feel the difference inside and outside the gym.

Change your body composition

Lose fat, build muscle, and improve the way you look and feel — engineered around your specific goals, not a one-size-fits-all approach.

Build real, lasting strength

Every program is built around your body. Past injuries, chronic pain, and movement restrictions are treated as information — not obstacles.

Develop balance, power, and performance

Our sessions go beyond the basics. Brain, balance, strength, and power training together — the way the body is actually designed to move.

Stay accountable and consistent

You have a coach in your corner tracking your numbers, adjusting your plan, and making sure you keep showing up and progressing.

Learn to train with confidence

Understand why each exercise is in your program and how to execute it well. Leave every session knowing more than when you walked in.

Get a plan that actually fits your life

Your schedule, your goals, your experience level. Nothing generic, nothing copied from someone else.

The process

Here's Exactly What Happens Next

Step 1

Free Consultation + Assessment

We spend 30 minutes together — learning your goals, your training history, your limitations, and where you are right now. We discuss how our training system fits your needs, and you’ll leave with a clear picture of what a program built for you would look like.

Step 2

Your Personalized Training Plan

Based on your consultation, we design a program built entirely around your body, your goals, your schedule, and your experience level. Every session has a purpose. Every exercise is there for a reason.

Step 3

WE TRACK, ADJUST + KEEP YOU MOVING

Your program evolves as you do. We track your weights, your progress, and how your body is responding — and we adjust as needed. You’re never stuck doing the same thing. You’re always moving forward.

FAQ

Questions? We've Got Answers.

Do I need experience before starting?

No experience needed. We meet every client exactly where they are — whether you’re a first-time gym goer or a seasoned athlete returning to training. Your starting point doesn’t determine your results. Consistency and the right program do.

Can you work around injuries?

Absolutely. Our coaches hold four-year degrees in Exercise Science and nationally recognized certifications. We design smart programs around injury and limitation — and we often help clients move better than they have in years.

How often should I train?

We recommend at least two sessions per week to build momentum and see real results. Most clients who are serious about change train three to four times per week. We’ll help you figure out the right frequency for you during your free consultation.

Is this good for weight loss?

Yes. If body composition is your goal, we design your sessions specifically to drive fat loss and build muscle simultaneously. We also offer nutrition coaching as an add-on, which is where clients who combine both tend to see the most significant and lasting change.

Do you train beginners?

Yes. We train all populations and all skill levels — from people who have never set foot in a gym to competitive athletes. Every program is built around the individual, so your experience level is built into the design from day one.

What should I expect in my first session?

Your first session is a free consultation — no charge, no pressure. We’ll spend about 30 minutes together, and get to know your goals. You’ll leave with a clear sense of what a program built for you would look like.

Do you offer semi-private or partner training?

Yes. If you want to train with a partner or a small group of friends, we can make those arrangements. Reach out and we’ll work out a setup that fits.

How is this different from group fitness?

With personal training, every workout and every exercise is built specifically for you, your body, and your goals. We track your numbers, adjust your program, and make sure you’re always progressing. Group fitness is great, but it can’t do that.

Do you offer nutrition coaching?

Yes. Nutrition coaching is available as a monthly add-on to any training package. It includes weekly food log reviews, bi-weekly check-in calls, macro and meal timing guidance, and habit coaching tailored to your training and lifestyle.

Here at ITC, we educate athletes on the importance of different lifestyle choices on recovery and performance. This pyramid of recovery concepts provides an overview for how we teach athletes about recovery and how significantly it can affect their performance.

Geno's Story

My son Dante has been training at In The Core since 2019 and my daughter Ava has been training there since 2023.  They are both year-round athletes that put a lot of stress demand on their bodies through their respective sports and consequently they put stress on their minds through school, sports, social life, etc.  With that said, when we found ITC we were drawn to not only the physical athletic training but also the mind/brain work and encompassing everything all into one.  Simply put, training the full body not only for competition but also the life of a teenage student-athlete and the preparation into adult hood.  There are many options in the market if you’re looking to just get bigger, faster, stronger but if you are like us, and you were looking for more than that, ITC is the place to come.

The coaching and training aspect of ITC is impeccable.  The details and focus of every session will ensure your athlete has an incredible workout that is tailored to them individually every time they visit.  The brain work and the messages they learn through the training has my kids walk out of ITC sessions a completely different person.  They are more upbeat, energetic, and motivated even though they just performed an intense work out for 45-90 minutes.

As a former athlete, it is very evident to see the physical results in their training.  As a parent, I see my children’s growth in their mindset and maturity.  I see them thinking about their futures in ways they never did before, I see their motivation in helping and be a part of the solution, and I see them wanting to serve something higher than themselves.  For me and my family, this means being a complete athlete which is what they receive from the team at ITC.

ITC has been a huge blessing for our whole family.  The lifelong friendships and relationships that we have developed and the tools that our children have received are priceless.  We are forever grateful and forever ITC!
