ITC Perform: Online Strength & Athletic Training for Adults
A coached online program from the sports performance gym in Boulder. Built to help you look, feel and perform the way you want.
"If you have a body, you're an athlete."
Bill Bowerman, legendary coach and Nike co-founder
So why not train like one? ITC Perform is for adults who want more from their training than burning calories, whether you’re new to athletic training or reconnecting with the athlete you used to be. You want to be strong, move well, stay athletic and look the part, and you want a plan built by people who train athletes for a living.
It's a fit if you:
- want a clear plan instead of guessing what to do each day;
- want strength, muscle, power and conditioning in one program;
- want training that keeps you feeling good, not beat up;
- want a real coach to answer your questions.

Real sports performance training, built for adults
At In The Core Athlete, we train athletes of every age and level. ITC Perform brings that same approach to you:
Athlete first, every week.
Every week trains strength, power, muscle, conditioning and mobility.
Strength is the foundation.
You’ll progress steadily on the big lifts.
Muscle on purpose.
Enough muscle-building work to deliver the “look” part of the goal.
Durability is trained, not hoped for.
Joints, tendons, trunk and balance get deliberate work, so you can keep training for years.
Consistency beats heroics.
Hard where it counts, sustainable everywhere else.
Every session starts with a smart, focused warm-up built around that day’s main lift, so you feel ready before the real work begins.
Built by a coach who lives it
The program was designed by ITC coach Ryan Carter. Ryan has trained in the ITC system since he was ten, through standout high school and college soccer careers and a D1 strength and conditioning internship. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (NSCA-CSCS) and is completing his Master’s in Strength and Human Performance.
That expertise shows in every detail: a full year planned in phases, sessions ranked by priority, and a warm-up built around each day’s main lift. Nothing is in the program because it looks cool. Everything is there because it works.
When you message your coach, you’re talking to Ryan.

FAQ
Do I need to have played sports?
No. ITC Perform is for anyone who wants to train like an athlete, whether you played in college or you’re just getting started with structured training.
What equipment do I need?
Everyone: 3 tennis balls, a foam roller, a massage ball and a mini-band.
At a gym: you’ll use the rack, barbells, dumbbells, cables and machines. Missing something? Every exercise has a swap.
In a full home gym: a barbell and plates, dumbbells, long resistance bands, a pull-up bar, an adjustable bench and a sturdy box about knee height. Every session has a home version.
With what you have: dumbbells or kettlebells, long resistance bands, a pull-up bar (a doorway bar works), something sturdy to step on, and a couch edge or sturdy chair. You’ll follow the same sessions with swaps, and your coach helps you scale them. Your heaviest weight sets the ceiling on the big lifts, so some become single-leg or higher-rep versions. An adjustable bench is the one upgrade worth adding.
Sprints and jumps need 20 to 30 meters of open space, indoors or out.
How much time does it take?
Four sessions a week, about 60 to 70 minutes each including the warm-up. If you can only train three days in a week, you do the first three sessions.
Which app do I use?
Everfit. After you join, you’ll create a login and download the Everfit app, where your sessions, demo videos and coach messages live, all branded for ITC Perform.
Is the program personalized?
Everyone follows the same expertly designed program. Your coach helps you adjust it through private messaging, including swaps, scaling and form feedback.
What if I have an injury or pain?
Check with your medical provider before you start. The program includes clear rules for training around pain, and you can message your coach any time something doesn’t feel right. ITC Perform is a training program, not physical therapy.
When does it start?
Founding members start in late December. Waitlist members hear first when spots open.
