Who it’s for
This program is built for you if…
You’re starting or restarting
You’re new to strength training or returning after time away and want to build confidence from the beginning.
Your body requires an individualized approach
You have aches, past injuries, or movement limitations and need training adapted to your history and abilities.
Your current routine isn’t producing results
You’re putting in the work but aren’t seeing the strength, body-composition, or performance progress you want.
You want to train with greater purpose
You’re a former athlete or simply want a challenging plan, expert guidance, and real accountability.
No experience required. We meet you at your current level and build from there.
How we train
This isn’t a big box gym. And this isn’t generic training.
In The Core was built to develop elite athletes. That same coaching now runs our adult program — led by coaches with four-year degrees in exercise science and national certifications.
Every program is built from scratch around you. We train the nervous system alongside the muscles, improve how you move before we add weight to it, and record your numbers every session so the plan keeps moving forward.
What you get
What this training actually does
Build real, lasting strength
Progressive programming that adds weight and intensity over time — so you’re always moving forward, never spinning your wheels.
Change your body composition
Lose fat, build muscle, and improve the way you look and feel — engineered around your specific goals, not a one-size-fits-all approach.
Train around your history, not against it
Every program is built around your body. Past injuries and movement restrictions are information, not obstacles.
Stay accountable and consistent
You have a coach in your corner tracking your numbers, adjusting your plan, and making sure you keep showing up and progressing.
The process
Here’s exactly what happens next
Step 1
Free consultation + assessment
We spend 30 minutes together — learning your goals, your training history, your limitations, and where you are right now. We discuss how our training system fits your needs, and you’ll leave with a clear picture of what a program built for you would look like.
Step 2
Your personalized training plan
Based on your consultation, we design a program built entirely around your body, your goals, your schedule, and your experience level. Every session has a purpose. Every exercise is there for a reason.
Step 3
We track, adjust + keep you moving
Your program evolves as you do. We track your weights, your progress, and how your body is responding — and we adjust as needed. You’re never stuck doing the same thing. You’re always moving forward.

FAQ
Questions? We’ve got answers.
No experience needed. We meet every client exactly where they are — whether you’re a first-time gym goer or a seasoned athlete returning to training. Your starting point doesn’t determine your results. Consistency and the right program do.
Yes, within limits. Every adult session is coached by someone with a four-year exercise science degree — Jack DeFrancesco (B.S. Exercise and Sport Science, UNC Chapel Hill; NASM-CPT) and Ryan Carter (B.S. Exercise Science with an emphasis in Sports Performance, Grand Canyon University; NSCA-CSCS; completing an M.S. in Strength and Human Performance at Parker University). We build programs around past injuries and movement restrictions, and clients often move better than they have in years.
We’re coaches, not physical therapists or physicians. If you’re in active pain, recovering from surgery, or under a provider’s care, we’ll coach alongside them — and when something is outside our scope, we’ll refer you to Mend Physical Therapy.
We recommend at least two sessions per week to build momentum and see real results. Most clients who are serious about change train three to four times per week. We’ll help you figure out the right frequency for you during your free consultation.
Yes. If body composition is your goal, we design your sessions specifically to drive fat loss and build muscle simultaneously. We also offer nutrition coaching as an add-on, which is where clients who combine both tend to see the most significant and lasting change.
Yes. We train all populations and all skill levels — from people who have never set foot in a gym to competitive athletes. Every program is built around the individual, so your experience level is built into the design from day one.
Your first session is a free consultation — no charge, no pressure. We’ll spend about 30 minutes together, and get to know your goals. You’ll leave with a clear sense of what a program built for you would look like.
Yes. If you want to train with a partner or a small group of friends, we can make those arrangements. Reach out and we’ll work out a setup that fits.
With personal training, every workout and every exercise is built specifically for you, your body, and your goals. We track your numbers, adjust your program, and make sure you’re always progressing. Group fitness is great, but it can’t do that.
Yes. Nutrition coaching is available as a monthly add-on to any training package. It includes weekly food log reviews, bi-weekly check-in calls, macro and meal timing guidance, and habit coaching tailored to your training and lifestyle.
